Beautiful Empire beach house located right on a private Lake Michigan beach within view of the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. This property is on one of Michigan's best sugar sand beaches, set in Empire surrounded by the protected National Lakeshore. This house is oriented to over 100 feet of frontage on South Bar Lake and Lake Michigan, and there are boat launches nearby for both lakes. The house has 1 bedroom and can sleep 4, including a converter in the living room. House is clean and neat and provides all basic furnishings, including cable TV and WIFI Internet access.

The area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and golf - some of the best courses in Northern Michigan are just a 15-20 minute drive. The Village of Empire is a short walk and provides guests with a grocery, US Post Office, public library, fueling station, and other shopping venues. Empire also provides access to tennis, basketball, a public playground, and a beach park.

Nearby Interlochen Academy for the Arts features national performers and Traverse City is located all within 30 miles.
